If your jewelry arrives damaged due to transit, or you are unhappy with your purchase please email shannon@pinkmoonjewelry.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order. You may choose to return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange for an item(s) or shop credit of the same value. Please note that return shipping costs are at the customers expense.
